Who We Are
Founded in 1994, National Fatherhood Initiative® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transforming communities by helping organizations intentionally and proactively include fathers. We're the nation's leader in father-inclusion, offering training, evidence-based programs, and research to strengthen families.

What We Do
We increase father involvement nationwide by equipping human service organizations with the tools they need to be father-inclusive:

Training & Technical Assistance: Prepare staff at all levels to welcome and support fathers.

Fatherhood Programs & Resources: Ready-to-use curricula like 24:7 Dad®, InsideOut Dad®, alongside printed and digital materials.
