What is the 24:7 Dad® Program?

An evidence-based program that equips dads with the skills and confidence to be the best they can be.

The 24:7 Dad® program, now in its 4th Edition, is an evidence-based fatherhood program designed to equip fathers with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for effective parenting and father involvement.

Recognized as the most widely used fatherhood program in the U.S., 24:7 Dad® has been implemented by thousands of organizations across the country.

The program is available in two versions:

  • 24:7 Dad® A.M. is 12-session program designed for fathers who are beginning their journey in fatherhood education.
  • 24:7 Dad® P.M. covers deeper fathering topics and is ideal for dads who have already participated in 24:7 Dad® A.M. or another fatherhood program.

Who is 24:7 Dad® for?

It’s for dads of every race, religion, and background—whether you’re a new dad, a seasoned dad, a non-custodial dad, or a father figure.

Can 24:7 Dad® be adapted for different settings?

Absolutely! While we encourage completing all 12 sessions in their original order for the best results, organizations can adjust the delivery to meet their needs—selecting specific sessions based on time limits or what’s most relevant to the dads they serve. The program also comes with two Facilitator’s Manual options: one for group-based delivery and another for one-on-one sessions.
