What is ProFathering15™?

ProFathering15™ is an interactive, 15-module skill-building program designed by National Fatherhood Initiative® to help fathers and father figures strengthen their parenting, fathering, and relationship skills. Each module is designed to be completed in approximately 15 minutes. It is suitable for expectant fathers, new dads, fathers of teenagers, grandfathers raising grandchildren, custodial and noncustodial fathers, and organizations that work with dads.

What are the key features of ProFathering15™?

  • Each topic can be completed in only 15 minutes.

  • Each topic is structured in three parts: key information to learn, an inspirational video, and reflection questions that encourage fathers to strengthen their involvement and parenting skills.

  • Once enrolled, dads have a set number of days to complete the program — check the enrollment page for the current timeframe. It can be stopped and started at any time, and progress will be saved.

How do I enroll in ProFathering15™?

  1. Fathers enrolling themselves, or organizations enrolling an individual father: Enroll now on the ProFathering15™ enrollment page.

  2. Organizations purchasing enrollment credits for multiple fathers: Purchase bulk enrollment credits in the NFI store.
