National Fatherhood Initiative® (NFI) offers two evidence-based and 3 evidence-informed fatherhood programs designed to help organizations effectively engage fathers. Each program includes comprehensive materials and resources to support facilitators in delivering meaningful experiences for dads and families.

1) 24:7 Dad® A.M. - Basic Fathering Skills

24:7 Dad® A.M. is an evidence-based fatherhood program that teaches the five characteristics of a 24:7 Dad, including that fathers can be nurturers. Thousands of organizations nationwide use it to improve the knowledge, behaviors, and skills of dads across all backgrounds.

2) 24:7 Dad® P.M. - Advanced Fathering Skills

24:7 Dad® P.M. is an evidence-based fatherhood program that covers advanced fathering topics, including stress management, workplace challenges, anger, and communication skills.

3) InsideOut Dad® -  Dads in Corrections

InsideOut Dad® is an evidence-based fatherhood program developed specifically for incarcerated fathers. It helps dads develop pro-fathering attitudes, knowledge, and skills, equipping them with fathering strategies to apply upon release. 4) 24:7 Dad® Key Behaviors Workshop - Focused Fathering Skills

5) ProFathering15™ - Online for Any Dad

ProFathering15™ is an interactive online program that builds dads' skills in fathering, parenting, and healthy relationships. Each topic takes just 15 minutes to complete, and dads can work through it independently or with the support of your program staff. NOTE: ProFathering15™ is a fully digital program — no physical handbook is required.
