Formal Training for NFI Fatherhood Programs
Learn all about our training options for your staff!
NFI offers two training formats to help practitioners learn to facilitate fatherhood programs: self-paced on-demand courses and instructor-led in-person or live webinar sessions. On-demand courses are available immediately with no set schedule, while in-person and live webinar sessions provide real-time, instructor-led learning. Choose the format that fits your schedule and learning preference.
What on-demand NFI program trainings are available?
NFI on-demand training lets you learn to facilitate fatherhood programs at your own pace, with no set schedule or instructor required. NFI offers the following on-demand training courses: Select a course below to get started:
- 24:7 Dad® Program — A comprehensive fatherhood program covering responsible fathering skills
- InsideOut Dad® Program — An evidence-based fatherhood program designed for incarcerated and justice-involved fathers, focused on strengthening fathering skills, rebuilding family relationships, and supporting successful reentry
- 24:7 Dad® Key Behaviors Workshop — A focused workshop on the core fathering behaviors taught in the 24:7 Dad® program
- Understanding Dad™ — A program that helps facilitators understand fathers' perspectives and motivations
